1lb Regular Ground Beef
1lb Regular Ground Pork
1 whole Garlic Bulb
1/3 cup Sundried Tomatoes
1/3 cup Fresh Basil
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
I usually choose either the beef or the pork to have a higher than lean fat content, because the fat is tasty, helps cooking and the burger to stay together. Chop up the garlic, sundried tomatoes and basil and mix up all the ingredients well. Now turn this mix into patties the size of your liking, and grill, fry, or barbecue them until fully cooked.
Serve with your favourite bun, tomatoes, lettuce and condiments!
