1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 cups Wholewheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Butter
3/4 cup Icing Sugar
1/4 cup Milk
Mix all of the ingredients fully together. Usually it's best use softened butter and add the milk last. Once a smooth consistency is achieved, roll the dough into a two inch thick sausage, it should come out to about twelve inches long, wrap in cellophane, cool in the fridge for half an hour.
Remove from the fridge and cut this into between an eighth to quarter inch circles.
Heat your oven to 350ºF and bake the biscuits on a baking tray for fifteen to twenty minutes. Remove when they're golden brown.
Enjoy with a cup of tea!
