1 Rhubarb
3 cups Cherries
1 Tbsp flour
1/8 cup sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Flour
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
Cut the rhubarb into half an inch pieces, cut the cherries in half and mix in the flour and sugar and let sit in ovenproof bowl.
In another bowl chop the butter into little pieces, add the sugar and sieve in the flour. Rub in the butter until the mix starts to resemble bread crumbs. Pour this over the fruit and bake at 375F for forty minutes. The crumble will be quite golden.
Serve with ice cream after dinner!
