2 Cups warm water

4 Cups all-purpose flour

Dissolve the sugar and yeast into the warm water and let sit for ten minutes to activate.
Mix the flour and salt in bowl, add the yeast solution and mix thoroughly. Knead for ten minutes.
With a clean, damp towel covering the bowl, let the dough prove for about an hour in a warm place.
Now turn this into a pizza!
Usually this bakes at 425F for fifteen to twenty minutes.
