Spicy Ginger Nuts

7/8 cup Butter
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Golden Syrup
3 cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1-3 Tbsp Ground Ginger

Cream the butter and sugar together.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients, adding more ground ginger for extra spicy ginger goodness.
Roll the mix into little inch diameter balls and flatten out onto parchment paper on your baking tray.
Bake at 350 C for 13-15 minutes.

Makes between 40-70 biscuits depending on the consistency of biscuit size.
