Hibiscus Ice Tea

1/2 cup Hibiscus
4 cups Water
!/4 - 1/2 cup Honey
1 Cinnamon Stick
Lime for garnish (Optional)

Throw your Hibiscus tea into a jug, fill it up with water add the honey and cinnamon. Stir it up and let it sit in your fridge over night.
In the morning taste and adjust for sweetness. Filter out the cinnamon and hibiscus and garnish with the lime.
Serve at breakfast!

If you need to make it quick. You can pour two cups of boiling water onto the hibiscus and let it sit for twenty minutes. Then cool it down with the cold water and refrigerate until needed.
