4 cups Water
1 1/2 cups White Rice
1 Cinnamon Stick
1/2 can Condensed Milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla
A light sprinkle of powdered Cinnamon for garnish
Place the rice, cinnamon stick and a cup of water into a blender and blend for about 2 minutes. Add more water if your blender is struggling. Pour this mixture into a seal-able jug with the rest of the water and let this sit overnight or for about eight hours. Strain off the liquid from the sludge with a sieve or cheese-cloth, stir in the condensed milk and vanilla and adjust to taste.
Serve over ice with a light sprinkle of cinnamon on a hot summer's day!
