6 Green Onions
Half a bulb of Garlic
1 Inch of Ginger
4 Cups broth
3 Tbsp Gochujang
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Kimchi
1/4 Tofu
1 Tbsp of Oil
Fry the onions, garlic, and ginger in oil until softened. Add the broth, gochujang and soy sauce. Add the kimchi and tofu; simmer til cooked. Serve on rice with the green tops of the green onions.
