3 cups (750ml) warm water/ beer, warm not hot
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 1/4 Tbsp Dry yeast
2 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/4 Tbsp Salt
6 1/4 Cups Bread Flour
Any leftover dough from previous batch
Mix all of this together and knead in a stand mixer for ten minutes. Separate into airtight containers, douse in olive oil and let sit at least one day. When you're ready to make pizza, hand stretch a dough out, top and bake on high heat for 10 minutes.
