Yorkshire Puddings that work!


225g / 8oz Plain or All purpose flour

4 Large eggs 150g / 5 oz / ¼pint of Water 150g / 5 oz / ¼pint of Milk ½tsp salt

Set the oven to 400F. Put in a 12 cup muffin with a bout 3g of fat into each cup.
Mix up the batter until it comes together and becomes smooth. Add the milk and water bit by bit to make sure the batter doesn't become lumpy as you mix it.
Pull the tin out of the oven and quickly pour in the batter mix. Pop it back in the oven and cook them for 30 minutes.

Serve them for Sunday roast drowned in gravy!
