The Big Pear Manhattan

1oz Pear Cordial

1oz Bittersweet Vermout

2oz Whisky

Ice

3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Cherry for garnish


Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
