Chewy Coconut Macaroons

1/3 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour
2 cups desiccated coconut

Extras
2 eggs - 5 egg whites
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk 

Cream the sugar into the butter. Mix in everything else. Set the oven to 350C and scoop the mixture into cupcake molds for 20 mins or until golden brown.

The mixture can do with either the eggs or the whites, I haven't noticed a huge difference and the condense milk is extra too.
